del Mar Council of Owners approved during an assembly meeting an updated
regulations manual which govern the coexistence and processes in our building.
This manual was handed in writing to every apartment owner and must be
transferred in the event of a sale, transfer or property exchange. Additional
printed copies of the regulations manual can be purchased in the Administration
Office at a cost of $20.00 or you can do a download free of charge at the document
link provided in this page.
